I don&#039;t know of anyone who has not had to deal with procrastination in one form or another.  What I try to do now is not give myself any &quot;down time&quot; after work.  I just jump right into what I have to do.  That way I do fall into the trap of convincing myself that what I am doing is somehow more important than what I should be doing.</description>
